The award capped a good fall for the online health  coaching company, which, after announcing record revenues of $20 million, was acquired by health care giant Johnson & Johnson. According to reports, the company will continue to be headquartered in Ann Arbor.

Accuri Cytometers, another U-M startup, took the award for best Health Care Deal in recognition of a recently closed $15 million funding round. Accuri produces revolutionary, low-cost desktop flow cytometry systems.
