As a New Business Development Specialist, Wesley Huffstutter helps create new businesses that use technology developed at the University of Michigan. Wesley's primary focus is on software/information technology, engineering and the physical sciences.
Prior to joining OTT, Wesley was a consultant in St. Louis, MO and Columbus, OH, helping start-ups and small growth companies with strategy, marketing, and operations. Before consulting, he spent several years in Austin, TX working for Intelligent Reasoning Systems (purchased by Photon Dynamics in 2001) as a researcher, Applications Engineer, and Marketing Manager.
Wesley has a Bachelor's degree in computer science from DePauw University. He is also a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis where he received a Master of Engineering Management from the School of Engineering and Applied Science and an MBA from the John M. Olin School of Business where he was designated a Charles F. Knight Scholar, graduating in the top 10 in his class.
