Mike, as Patent Administrator, administers the university's patent records and performs Bayh/Dole reporting to the federal government.
Mike came to OTT in 1996 after a twenty-five year career in the rail industry, most recently as a service director for CSX Transportation.
Mike holds two associates degrees from Mott Community College in science and paralegal technology.
